Covid 19

The Readyfield Bloodhounds are committed to following and enforcing the current legislation and guidelines set out by government regarding public events, gatherings of people and social distancing.

Our Summer Ambles have been set up in such a way that we are able to offer fun, optional jumping events whilst still keeping within the current laws and guidelines.

In line with Government regulations we have had to create a new set of rules to keep our staff and customers safe.

We hope that you understand the need for all of this and this will help us to all stay safe through these trying times.

All attendees must adhere to the following: -

  • 1 Meter + Distancing

  • Everyone MUST prebook but payment can be made on the day.

  • Name and contact details required for each meet and retained for 21 days under Track & Trace and governed by our GDPR policy - Please see PDF link below to download

The attendee/s will not be allowed to book onto another event for at least 14 days after this.  Each rider in the group who could have come into contact with an infected person will be notified and asked to get a Covid – 19 test.  Each rider in the group would not be allowed to book at another event for at least 14 days after this and in some cases would require proof of a negative result from the test.

  • If any rider or accompanying support is found to blatantly breach the policies, guidance and legislation regarding distancing they will be asked to leave immediately.  If this is before or during their group/s ride they will forfeit their entry fee and there will be no refund or deferral.
